Mum decided to cook on Christmas Day....well, since it was Christmas and Mum wanted to do so, so no point stopping here.

So, for Christmas Lunch, Mum will again prepare a few simple dishes and this time, PickyEater is also contributing 1 dish...hehehe....read on to find out what is this spoilt brat who doesn't know how to cook is gonna come up with for the family lunch on Christmas Day:p
These are the raw materials.....
My favourites; Broccoli
Cauliflower....All cut into the florets.....
Mini maize/corn.....
Snow peas....
Shrimps.....Put them together....and lo behold....the combination of the vegetables...assorted/mixed vegetables...my fave, Stir-fried....
Top it off with some shrimps and fish cake slices....yummy.....Mummy's the best cook for this!!~
No one else to fight with our Iron "Mummy" :)
Fish.....
Transformed into Steamed Fish...hahaa, my favourite fish as well...Garoupa....you will see loads of this fish appearing here and there often in this blog.....
This time, the fish tasted just right....like I said, Mummy always knows my taste best, and no doubt, PickyEater only loves her Mummy's steamed fish....Really, seldom order steamed fish out there.....preference only goes to Mummy's...the ONE and ONLY *winks*
In exchange for turkey, this is Chicken....haha; bought from the market....not cooked by Mummy.....
And this, wonderful, beautiful, yummy, healthy, food is from me...haha, PickyEater's secret recipe salad....calling it the Treasures Salad...since PickyEater do NOT cook, this is indeed one bowl of treasure...MUST appreciate....once in a zillion years....Even Hajime aka Bro says so....hahaha.....he criticized the salad...but he does love it tooo.....
