After a tiring journey from Daejeon and checking in back to Hilton, we made our way downtown to Insadong Market and had our dinner there:)
Arthur found this little shop which was quite unique (looked like an old English/American cabin like hut) - which serves fish (for me)...so thoughtful of him:)
The interior
Our appetizers
Soft shell crabs....
Such tiny little things...I really couldn't bear myself biting and hearing those cracks!!Eeeeewwwww!!!
Glass noodles....
Pickled cucumber strips...
It's actually spicy
The sesame vege
The vege in cold soury soup
The ever Kimchi
Hot chilli paste
They ordered this; seafood knife-cut noodles...
Plain soup...served with baby octopus again, hand made noodles and some shell stuffs
Arthur ordered this; fish with hot chilli paste (for me)
Darn spicy though...:p (Drowned lots of water down)
** Koreans do not order other drinks; every restaurant only serves you plain water by default, think customers need to specifically request for it:)**
Fresh lettuce
To go with this dish of Korean BBQ beef (Arthur's favourite, he said he never missed this each time he's in Korea:p)
Radish Soup
The food looks great and the wooden decor of the restaurant is so charming. I wish there was a place like that where we live.
