Desserts @ Low Yat Plaza

Low Yat is well-known as the IT/Digital Media hub in the heart of the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur.
However, all the way below all those busy exhibition lies the food court which houses the food providers for the tenants in this mall and also the shopping patrons.

There is this particular stall opposite Baoz that sells local delights and light snacks.

Toast bread with kaya was one of the delectable delights and is always a named favorite among locals dating all the way back to the kopitiam (coffee shop's popularity) era.

They serve a variety of local desserts as well; priced reasonably at RM2.20

It is a pretty popular spot among the patrons; and is easily spotted when you are in the food court.
Prices are pretty reasonable too; it is definitely worth a second visit!

  3. Kaya in a bun. Here, they serve kaya and butter in toast and sometimes, they use brown bread. But I think with kaya, any kind or style of bread goes. :P
