Home version of Italian Spaghetti

My mum loves to cook spaghetti once in a while when she's in the mood, tossing in meatballs/minced meat or sausages and sometimes she makes it the seafood version; prawns or fishballs.
Interesting way of enjoying the Italian staple huh?

It had a bit of everything in it; fishcakes, button mushrooms and minced meat!
She must have been in some kind of mood =)

I know lots of people love spaghetti because it's kind of easy to throw them together when you eat in, is that true? =)
