Wedding Dinner
The first dish, 5th Happiness (Ng Fook Lam Mun)

From left to top; deep fried fish dumplings, steamed pork dumplings, fish roll with fried bean curd sheet and seaweed, Kerabu, and stir fried eggs with shredded carrots and glass noodles.

2nd dish; no stranger to everyone; Shark's Fin soup

No comment, since I don't take this; but everyone commented that the broth was diluted:p

Next, the Wrapped Chicken in Herbal broth (ginseng and wolfberries with mushrooms and lotus seeds)

The Double Season Prawns (sorry this photo turned out really bad)

The prawns were cooked in 2 different styles; spicy and salad.

The 5th dish: fish; cooked in special spicy sauce with a slight salty taste

The Vegetables came up next; (not so vege as well) as it was pork (trotter) in the middle surrounded by the vegetables, mushrooms and heaps of lotus seeds.

The strong smell of pork was empowering and it was rather difficult for me to consume my vegetables:p:(

7th Dish; Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf (Hor Yip Fan)

Last but not least, the dessert; sweet lotus seeds with longan

The sweet dessert actually carries the meaning of fertility (Lin Sang Kwai Chi)

Fertility or not, I find this really diabetic!:p
