Happy Garden:)

Friday finally; and we decided to scout around for some interesting eating places.
Headed down to town from the industrial zone...Look at the jam heading towards the bridge!!
Happens every Friday, in fact I remembered myself being caught in this jam before once when I was travelling with my friends back to KL....don't remind me..shudders at the thought:S

We chose to sit at the front of the shop; not inside...there's 3 sections...the lowest at the garden section in the first pic...

My favourite veggies are there; cauliflowers, carrots, snow peas (too dry), maize, muhsrooms...

But taste wise, a bit salty:p

Getting close? Hehehe....it's the Sweet and Sour Prawns in Sizzling pan...RM14

There's bean sprouts; fresh ones...the sauce was poured on it and it was warmed beneath the covers for a while as in the first pic...

Prawns were fresh and loads of them; pretty worthy for the price.
Taste wise, ok..DearDear said it tasted bland, haven't blend with the sauce..and the peeling of the shells caused the prawns to lose its natural taste...

Next, Fish Fillets in Claypot...RM12

Not bad lar; the sauce was a little bland...

Total bill came up to RM43; RM4 for the fruit juices...
By the way, this restaurant was listed as one of the top 10 restaurants in Penang oo...and they serve lots of Aussie tourists:)
A note to add; lotsa mosquitoes though....coz of the jungle environment:p
