An array of her colorful and scrumptious preparation for the family
Stir-fried broccoli mixed with carrots, onions, snow peas and shrimps

Mummy will sometimes use fish cake slices to accompany the broccoli; however, shrimps may be substitute for fish cakes to enhance the sweet taste of the entire dish.

I am totally a fan of this colorful and scrumptious broccoli dish!!

Another one is of this Mengkuang dish; sliced and stir fried with carrots.

Another sweet vegetables combination enhanced by the succulent prawns used

Being my mummy who knows me best, she definitely will remember fish for my staple diet:)

White pomfret steamed with soy sauce and a drop of wine; the typical Chinese steamed fish style!
And this is another favorite which I am sure most of you know of; we have somehow or another had this during our childhood - depending on our mummy or granny's style of cooking it:)

French beans or long beans can be used in this dish; dice it with a combination of white bean curd and fish cake

Other styles may include groundnuts; which is not my preference though :p
