How about Rose Milk?
This new yet simple concoction just turned out to be so pretty that it definitely have my attention~

For some reason, there is just something so calming about this bowl of soup, and I am impressed with the idea of substituting the good ol' ginger soup with milk; and none other than a unique touch of rose petals and fragrance to the milk.
It sure revolutionized the traditional dessert into a fusion; with the notion of an Oriental dessert but with that exotic touch of a blooming flower; the beautiful rose - symbol of romance.

The rice balls were also served with a filling of red bean paste, which was quite a tasty combination.

Oh, the aroma from the rose petals was just alluring and the pretty picture, just speaks a thousand words.

This brings a new way of enjoying the traditional Tang Yuan...and we are loving it~
