Five Dish Combinations
From left to right:
Deep fried prosperous money bags, Fresh prawns salad and fruit cocktail, Wok fried dried chicken with black pepper, Jelly Fish Salad with ginger flower, and stir fried cuttlefish with celery
Shark's Fin Soup with fish lips, sliced mushroom and crab meat
Steamed herbal chicken wrapped in glass paper
Braised sea asparagus with black mushroom and broccoli
This was one of my favorite dish :)
Wok fried prawns with butter, oatmeal and curry leaves
I missed out the fish, but it was a normal Steamed Red Lion fish Teo Chew style
Glutinous Rice wrapped in lotus leaves
Lastly, the dessert; Double boiled sea coconut with snow fungus
