Desserts Galore

Do you like desserts?
I am sure most of us do; regardless of race - there is a unique array of traditional desserts which are enjoyed by all.
Chinese however, takes pride in their long history of cooking and indulging in the different styles and tastes.
Besides, they also classify their food into yin and yang categories - heat and cold.
