Fish Head at Red Tea Garden
Haha...finally we get to try the fish head dish for dim sum at the Farlim dim sum restaurant. Priced at RM5 per dish, this is a marinated fish head in their special sauce. Tad a bit too oily but the fish was tender and sweet (due to the marinated concept I suppose:) But Benjy and I both liked it...:)
